Import data

The Import Data command allows you to import data files from versions of the StepWatch software prior to 2.0 and raw step activity spreadsheet files exported from StepWatch software. Once a file is imported, you may use the Save or Save As… commands to store the file in your current StepWatch format. You may also add the file to your database.

The Import command will not open database records or a raw data file.
